I purchase 2 tubs of synthetek protein from Perth Warehouse, and its the best protein I ever had! Everytime I had a shake, its like eating a rump steak, which fills me up. Good shit ! For those who havent got synthetek, buy it and try it ! Recommended by the Chef !!

1 week ago I also purchase Pro wrist straps and knee straps from www.prowriststraps.com and got the mail yesterday. Incredible fast mail from USA to Australia. I even email them to say a big thank you and will be there customer again. Great strong quality straps!

I am a huge fan of anything pro wrist wraps make. They are local in my state and make a quality product for sure. They are dedicated to the sport and great people to boot! I use thir black mamba knee and wrist wraps and have a pair of their custom lifting straps with some nakie girls on it (the g/f got them for me for my b-day what a sweetie)
