I just do what it says on there web site and it has worked pretty good so far.

I'm a alcoholic and have been sober a month, body and brain still adjusting to not having large amounts of vodka per day. Get plenty of sleep, eat pretty well, but some days i'm pretty lethargic, which is common in recovery. So, using it for energy amd to crank up metabolism and lean up. Might not hurt to stimulate appetite...

So, is it ok to add the Synthalimin to the stack of syntheselen and Synthetine?

As Phil said, it depends what you want as far as results go. To answer your question, yes, you can use all three together, but usuallymost people use Syntheselen/Synthetine for fat loss, so the appetite increase of the Synthelamin won't be that ideal.

That being said, I suspect your liver is pretty screwed up right now due to the alcohol, so until the liver is fixed, the Synthelamin won't work much in the way of an appetite increase. You should have gotten Synthergine first to fix the liver.

Great products. You cant go wrong with your purchase. I agree with Big A,,order some Synthergine and run that for awhile to help out your liver.
