Synthetine dosing

Guys I have a new vial of synthetine 100ml
Can you guys tell me how I should I dose it for leaning out. I'm going to Vegas in 5 weeks and want to use it now.since im doing sust and eq cycle with 3iu gh .I'm 217lbs

Ideally 1ml for every 55lbs. Although any dose over 2ml should give good results. I would start at 2ml and the next day move up to 3ml per day and see how you get on. Obviously 2ml is 50 days supply and 3ml is just over 33 days and you have 5 weeks (35 days) so you can move up to 3ml quickly and make the bottle last until you leave.

Mate does it matter what time of the day you take it? Or on empty stomach or with food is fine too?

I have always done fasted cardio...First thing in the morning.

I think it works better in a higher carb (insulinogenic) environment but it will work regardless how/when you dose it. I would personally do it after your preworkout meal but don't worry too much and just stay consistent with it.

Oh that's perfect that when I take my insulin preworkout.then I have a high carb meal then hit the gym
