Synthetine not clear

Hi,

I'm a newbie to this forum and recently bought Synthetine and Syntheselen after reading a lot of positive comments about these products. It's been a week since I've started to use these products(never examined the bottle until today ) and today I just noticed that my Synthetine was not clear and it had something floating around in it. I just wanted to reach out to experts to know if this is normal or is something wrong with the product I received. I'm skeptical in using it as I don't wanna inject something that has stuffs floating inside it. I have attached a pic.

You mean that massive shadow is something floating inside the bottle? Is it not just the light reflecting on the glass??

Or is it something small floating around I can't see in the pic? Now if you have used it for 1 week sometimes when using too big of a needle a piece of the top could have entered the bottle when uploading the synthetine to a syringe.

Have you took the top off the bottle ever?

My post failed and when I reloaded the thread I noticed the piece at the bottom of the pic. Is the top broken inside (you would need to open it to see though)?

Did you put it in the needle to see how clear? If not, may I suggest to take some pics and send an email to Synthetek and they will be able to solve your problem.

Thank u guys. The top of the bottle seems to be fine. Well I've just emailed them.
