Some updates from last night. Had a great workout

Going to focus on growing for a bit. Would like to be leaner (wouldn't we all) so I will also try and lose a few lbs of fat. So more of a recomp. I think the L-Carn injections will help with that big time!

So starting out here for summer at 161.5lbs (though that was after chinese food the night before. So probably closer to 160lbs

just took this tonight after training legs.

Been working with Phil for the past like 2 or 3 months, my upper body has come up tremendously! Legs still overpower, but im getting there!

174lbs here. IDK what bodyfat is. Guessing like 10%ish

I have another bottle of synthetine coming as well as syntheselen, never used it before so I am excited to see what it will do.
