On the days I do fasted cardio in the morning, and weight training at night, I Take 3ml of this L-Carn with 3iu humalog 15 minutes before cardio and then 3 more ml of l carn 15 minutes pre workout at night with 3 more iu of humalog.
My question is on only weight training days and/or off days should I still take 6ml of l carnitine??? Or will 3ml with 3iu humalog Once on those days be Okay?
The more the better (within reason) but yes on weight training days 3ml per day is gtg then you do the 6ml on days you do cardio and weight training. Taking in the lower amount on off days is fine and I often don't take any if I am not being active. As I have posted many times in this thread regardless what some people state about muscle carnitine stores (etc) it's night and day difference from taking it frequently to basically stopping after you have injected a lot. This stuff like everything else works when you take it and stops working when you stop taking it. You don't have to inject it more than once daily but sometimes it makes sense doing that when doing cardio and weight training at different times. When I use higher doses I sometimes just fit as much as I can in a 5ml syringe (around 5.5ml) and I inject that in one go pre workout.
