Hey guys.. quick question. I've done in the past the big a protocol with mild success for size gains.
Currently, I am 10 weeks out, and using synthol for muscle fullness in my biceps which flatten out a ton and my triceps overpower them to much so I am making them "pop" and swell up more for visual appearance.
I am doing now, 0.3ml X 3 injections on the inner head, and 0.3ml X 3 injections on the outer head. My biceps have that full, beautiful appearance, no smoothness, still hard and vascular, I am loving it. I am not trying to put 3 inches on my arms, 1/2 inch which they are now, has made a huge difference. I do this 3x per week.
I am thinking about going a small bit bigger. Should I do a 4th day of injections, or just just increase the volume of each injection. I only want to go 0.2ml more at most.
Being very careful, taking my time with injections, doing it during a shower so my muscles are warm, massaging and cable band curls, and then sit in the hot tub, or sit with heating pad on.
