SYNTHOL for upper rear tricep head, how to inject?

quick question guys

im doing synthol JUST in the rear tricep head (top one near the shoulder)

using 25g needle, 1 inch

just wondering HOW to inject into it

atm simply just get my girlfriend to inject the very back of it, (back of the arm)

or am i suppose to inject from the side? e.g angled from my underarm to the tricep

or does it really not matter? long as the needle is long enough?

Inject straight into the middle of the muscle head (from the back position, not the side).

Lay down, halfway on the side opposite the arm, and put your arm above your head.

Grab the back of your neck like you are doing an "ab and thigh" pose. Slide the pin were you need it.

im going to be doing another run after this i will LOG, this time im just doing it to gain some expereince and see the results, if a successful run i will eb doing both bis and triceps which i will LOG for ya

hmmmm alright ill give this a shot n try myself, im pretty shit with needles

tried this and the synthol pain makes it hard for me to stretch my arm right back and hold ti there lol
