SYNTHOL or just Genetics????

My name is tommy wooster, a friend of mine sent me this forum as an attachment. I thought I would try to clear the air a little bit ,if that were possible. No, I do not use synthol, nor as you can see I'm not genetically gift either. Alot of pain, sweat, and time went into this physique, and best I've seem to do is 14th at the USA. Anyway here are a few more pics that were taken at a photo shoot by jason mathas.

Welcome abord Tommy! And you've obviously worked hard for an amazing physique. Just look at it as 14th climbing... only up to go from there.

Thanks to all, for the welcome mat. Its good to see people taking the time to appreciate what you do. I don't know whats in store for me this year, right now as i sit, I'm thinking about the nationals this coming year, or maybe something early the following year (08'). Now, If my training partner has something to say about it, it will definitely be this year. I really need to get my ass in gear. Train heavy all the time know excusses.

Just like to say man you got the genetics. It just looked like your legs needed to be a little more peeled. Stuff happens. So, yeah keep on trucking and stop in a time a two to make sure is all going as planned. Plus we could use some people who actuallly know about BB versus thinking they know. Later.

First off, welcome to the board and you look great brother! You and I have about the same genetic structure but I am about 25-30lbs lighter and people underestimate my weight a lot. So I have a long way to go. I hope you stick around the board and let us know how you train, diet, supplement etc. Maybe even give us an idea about your contest prep. Take it easy.

W8killa, Whom ever needs help w/contest prep, or just training in general, and i have an answer or least and opinion, i give it if you asked. I feel education should be free no matter what the subject matter. Although, I wish i could say that about my degree, six years out of school and still paying for that mfer. Big al fortney has been in the game for some time now, and has been pretty successful at the national level. I have to say he has excellent advice for contest prep.
