guys any links on how to take this with clen for weight loss.i find info on t-3 but never nothing on a how to.

Well Raven did an article on it:

He said 1mcg per 1lb of body weight. This is the first time I have heard of that. From my understanding of t-3 you need to pyramid up then down.

There are conflicting opinions on t-3. Some suggest that you dont have to pyramid.

I would be curious to see others imput on the subject.

same here in my gym I have been told 3 things from 3 guys,so I have no idea.
