Yup Tom that was the first thing that struck me....I was like "that dude fuckin shrunk his waist!!!!" It must be that beet juice or whatever Phil has you drikin! HAHA! Whats funny to me is how dry you look in those pics and you say you are holding water? It should be crazy to see you on game day my friend when you are BONE DRY! Keep it up, but on the blinders and dont look back. Its yours this year Tom, GET FIRED UP!!!!

222 and pretty hard at 5 weeks out. Not too shabby for an old guy . Seriously Tom...I am very impressed.

Liquid beef protein, huh? Cant say I have heard of that one before. What is the nutrient break down? How much is considered 1 serving? How do you consume? Doesn't sound very tasty...but if it works...WTF?!

well the pure beef protein liquid is the best protein you can get

1tablespoon =21 calories and 5 grams of protein there are 32 serving in 16oz bottle so 1 bottle is around 170 grams pure amino beef protein ,i drink 1 bottle aday along with 3 meals of 30 grams protein which puts me around 260 grams a day taste better than any powder ,which i find hard to beleive is the best muscle building protien outhere. consistant of milk so 3 timesa day its protien 3 tablespoon olive oil and strwaberry's and a bannna and pinapple
taste great not a lot to drink at once , one of the best changes i made this year during prep.
