T3 advice?

shit 80% of my athletes do 25mcgs at most, i even have many doing just 12.5mcgs. i also have them get real t3 tabs, not this liquid btl shit.

I know a few reputable liquid vendors with results I’ve seen, but definitely getting tabs over liquid.. I’m gonna max go 30mcg I believe.
 
Blood tests are the answer. 50mcg is definitely too high a dose, not to mention 150 .... unless you want to get rid of muscles - so t3 eats muscles, it doesn't work selectively and "pulls" kcal from everything from both fat and muscle tissue. Personally, I never leave over 37.5mcg. Take blood tests and keep t3 in the upper normal range but not above.
When should you get blood work on T3? I got it 24 hours after my dose, but by then my levels had dropped I think

I run about 12mg daily per dante recommendation and like it
