T3 and bloodwork

Does anyone know how long it takes for your thyroid to show that it is functioning normally again after coming off T3? My bloodwork shows that I'm hyper since I've been using T3 as I'm precontest, well my doctor freaked out and to make a long story short I can't tell him I'm on T3. So I need to know how long before my thyroid TSH levels show normal again. My levels were <.01. I can't remember what the normal range is, but I'm WAAAAY below it.
