T3 and clen cycle

hey everyone. I am new to this site and starting reading through a lot of posts yesterday. I know other people have posted with questions about T3 and Clen, however, some of the responses are hard to follow with all the wording.

I am starting a T3 and clen cycle and I was wondering if there were any women that have had first hand experience with the T3 and what your results were?

also what does everyone suggest would be a good dosage. I have seen too many posts with too many different mcg's. Do any of you women have a suggestion based on experience?

And for those of you that are asking why I am taking the T3? I am having a really hard time losing weight right now. I have plateaued for about 7 months now.

First off, I would like to know how your diet looks and how much cardio you are doing?

I truly believe that diet and cardio can do the work!!! By manipulating carbs and cardio will help you to lose fat.

as for your questions about my diet and cardio.
i have tried EVERYTHING.
less carbs, no carbs, 6 meals, 3 meals, high protein, no food after 5, vegetarian..everything.

i have been an athlete all my life. i have always worked out, lifting weights and cardio.

as far as cardio. I even took one month to just focus on this, and still could not drop below the weight that I wanted.

i think a big problem for me may be genetics. and I just need that extra boost to get me up from this plateau.

Have you taken the t3 island girl?
 
You have touched a little bit on the exercise part - but not nearly enough for anyone to help. Also, how is your diet? There is no reason training and diet can't get you down to at least 15% (and that's even a little high).

If you are doing TOO MUCH cardio, you will work against your goal. Are you doing any weight training? Muscle will increase metabolism, the more you have, the easier it is to get rid of fat. IMO, the best way to get what you want is to lift HEAVY weights 3-5x a week, and do 20-40 min steady cardio 3x a week (or HIIT 20 min 3x a week) AND make sure your DIET is tight (clean). If you can't pick it or kill it - don't eat it.....If the diet ain't there, you will not progress - period.

If you are doing all of this....you WILL get results. :)
