t3 and hgh...test dosage

Hey Guys. Ive done a lot of reading and seems the consensus is to take t3 with test to mitigate muscle loss..I am running 10iu of hgh now and I am ready to throw some t3 in the mix, my questions is, I am only taking hrt doses of test at this point (100mgs a week). Is this a sufficient enough dose to help prevent muscle loss or should I wait till I can push the test doses higher?

You don't want to take T3 with hgh. You want to take T4, as the conversion process in the body from T4 to T3 is anabolic to the hgh. 150mcg T4 is the beginning dose doctors prescribe. Taking too much does more bad than good by blocking the T3 receptors.

I have read this as well.. However its seems the bb community is split into 2 on this. Knowledgeable bros on both sides of the fence.


What about using test with either of these? Is 100mgs a week enough to prevent muscle breakdown?

DO you have blood work taken to see where your test is at on your current HRT dose? I would find out how much is getting you to waht level. I am taking about 210-220mg of prop a week, not TRT dose, but it has my total test up to 1550, yes I know this is above the norm, but I am getting very little testicular atrophy and have been running this dose for 2+ months now.

T4 is IMO, better. Because it has little chance of backfiring unless the dose is crazy high.

T3 in this case can backfire, as JJB1 said. I've done it. Got fat on a higher dose of T3, with the same "cutting" diet. Too much = blocked receptors and backsliding on fat loss, and muscle gain or retention. Whereas T4 gets converted as much as it needs to, so, lower chance of a bad result.

As to the Test dose, dunno where 100mg puts you as far as test levels(?) Lets say 800 for example (that's about where 100mg puts me). Then with GH you'll retain as much muscle as 800 would normally keep, with an added bit from GH helping out. But it won't help you retain as much as 200mg or 2000mg would, of course.

Thanks you sir...T3 is what I have so I am gonna give it a go for a month and see what happens..low doses..I dont think Ill go over 50mcg daily if that

you will be fine i run 50 mcgs of t3 and 5 ius ed of gentropins works great
