t3 AND TIGHT THROAT

Been taking t3 off and on for a little while and have noticed a tightening of the throat are lately. Even on as little as 25 mcgs.

Just curious if anyone knows what side effect of T3 would cause this symptom??? is it anything to worry about or is it common??? thanks for any info Big C

Does it feel like it would be where your Thyroid gland is located?
If so …do you feel like your going in Hyperthyroidism?
Anyone in your family have Hashimoto's disease or Thyroid cancer?
Have you noticed any metabolic changes, losing weight, gaining weight, sweating more, cold or warm temperature effect you differently lately, bowel movement changes?

Don't buy this as facts that you have Thyroid cancer or Hashimoto's cus I don't know, rather a suggestion you might want to see an Endocrinologist, it's possible your thyroid may be resisting Liothyronine or maybe elevated levels of Thyroid Antibodies?

Or it might be something completely different, if it is in the thyroid gland area, probably be a good idea to have it checked out.

You should get it checked, your T3 use and throat problem might not be related ... get it checked is my advice

Its hard to say my friend what exactly is going on,it could be a multitude of scenarios, allergic reaction to the UG Liothyronine, assuming its UG?

Could be too many mcgs of Liothyronine at one given dose, even though your only taking 25 mcgs per dose causing your thyroid to Goiter (enlarge), unlikely scenario? Possible?

Does your resting heart increase significantly on 25 mcgs? Anxiety kick in?

How long does it last after you notice the tightening of your throat, several hours or just briefly?
