T3 best time to take?

does it matter when one takes T3?

Has to be on an empty stomach, which usually means you havent eaten for a good 4hrs and after you take it you dont wanna eat for an hour. makes it a real bitch to take, thats why i'd just keep your dose by your bed and when you wake up in the middle of the night, take it then, that way your on an empty stomach and fall back asleep for a few hrs adn when you wake up you can eat.

Not sure. Apparently it only works on empty stomach. My wife is prescribed T4 and her instructions say to take upon waking with 8oz water and dont eat or drink anything but water for the first hour.

T3 cannot be combined with soy or calcium or it becomes much less effective, same deal with T4.

Take it on an empty stomach.I have been taking it 2 years this way.Then eat half hour after that.I only take it once a day since the half life is about 24 hours.

I take it on a empty stomach too early morning, I don't know if it ever made a difference cause that's the only way I've been doing it.

If tabs I wonder if its a good idea to crush em with your teeth and let them sit sublingual under your tongue for a bit? Or maybe just crush and swallow for faster absorbtion. Someone really needs to come out with an injectable T3.

I'm currently cutting and I take my T3 3x a day with my meals.

I will change my first dose to first thing in the morning before breakfast though after reading this thread. What about the other 2x? Do you guys split it up or take it all at once?

Like mentioned before , the half life is in the 20-24hr rangs so taking it all at once on an empty stomach is probably better than splitting it up through the day and getting incomplete absorbtion of the does.

once a day is fine because its not T3 itself its doing work with T3's blood level,,,t3 blood level will sky rocket real fast and drop fast but that does not mean its useless after that, imagine whats going on after T3 signal cascade in cells, you know all that phophorylation and cAMP yada yada,,,like domino pieces

so time released t3 is not any advatageous either
