Hey guys;

I very well adapt to the Keto diet, have ran it many time with great sucess after some trials & tribulations.

My question; has anyone here have "DIRECT" expereience in running a KETO diet along with T3 and or Clen????

I looked high & low, perhaps not hard enough and could not find concrete info if runinng these two compunds togther whilst on a KETO diet is a bad idea????

i have used a keto running ventipulmin and t3.

i found no difference using these compounds with keto as opposed to a typical carb rotation.

I do have a specific question, I have ran T3 and clen many, many times. My direct question would be did you notice and odd headaches and and more then usual lethargic issues, any issues with your strength? I know, for me anyways, at 1st, keto diet makes me feel a bit odd, which is usual.

Also, have you ran any anobolic while you were on T3/Keto diet?

I always run anabolics with T-3 you dont want any muscle wasting. Never run T-3 without anabolics because you loose just as much muscle as fat.

As far as keto diets and T-3 and clen this is a great combination. Usually on a keto diet we are focusing on burning fat so caloires are somewhat restricted. When in keto your natural thyroid levels T-3 go down while dieting and loosing weight so this is an awesome way to implement T-3. Ducahine talks alot about that in his book. One note is alot of guys start out on Clen and the clen actually reduces some T-3 as well so after 2 weeks of Clen begin to throw some T-3 end. I think this extends the life of the Clen as well along with Ketotifien/Benadryl.

i found that keto actually improved my energy levels, up until the last 3-4 weeks before the show- the benefit of keto is that your own body uses it's fat reserves as fuel, but as you get leaner, you also will have less energy.

as for the headaches, yes, they are still present with the clen, but not any worse or more frequent than on say any other kind of diet. my strength again stayed pretty much static thru the prep, until the last 2 weeks. only then did i notice my poundages drop slightly, in comparison than any other time of the year.

i used a typical pre-contest stack, keeping dosages low enough to keep my muscle. i dont use higher doses pre- contest as it kind of defeats the purpose if you dont have the calories to support growth. pre-contest you just try to hold on to what you have. there are guys who go off all year and grow into their shows, but this is a personal preference.

also t-4 is MORE sparring on your muscle groups compared to t-3 but both work great it just imo

Thanks for your feedback champ, T4- MO is much too weak, for me anyhow, cant compare the two for results, also, you cant copmare the two for side effets as well

I agree with you bro. Besides if your natural levels of T-3 are low to start the T-4 is going have no effect on you at all. It is best to stick with T-3 unless you get blood work done and know exactyly what your thyroid is doing then you can possibly benefit from T-4. But if not it might be a complete waste.
