T3-Clen regimen?

Can you possibly recommend/outline a T3/Clen regimen for me? I am thinking maybe 6-8 weeks. I don't get much time to get online these days otherwise I would do a search.

If anyone can help out with this question I would greatly appreciate it. I've never used either product. It's for a buddy of mine that doesnt have a pc and has to go to the free library to use a pc. So his time on a pc is limited. I'm gonna give him the link to this thread so he can go right to it and get his answers directly.
