Ive been running t3 at about 50 mcgs for a month i stopped 3 day ago with the last dose i have also been running clen every 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off . Last Tuesday my hamstring was killing me like i pulled a muscle and then it is down by top of foot /calf area. It hurts like hell when i sit down for a few minutes then have to stand back up . Does anyone think it could be the t3 ? I didn't think it would be the clen cause i wasn't on the clen when all of this started last week. Has anyone else experience any servere muscle cramping from t3 ? I am also taking magnesium and potassium gonna get taurine also today to see if that will help.

If your hamstring still hurts--not just cramping--and it's been a whole week, you definitely messed something up. STOP THE CLEN, up your fluids, and stretch it multiple times a day everyday. If the pain doesn't subside, you pulled/strained something.

You don't need clen to lose fat bro... It's horrible for you anyways.
 
I picked a sign up last week at work and felt a lil pull on that side after that so maybe that did it . I just thought it was weird how it started as pain in hamstring to now pain in my foot / calf area . When i walk for a few minutes on it it seems to loosen up and not hurt as much but its been a damn week .
 
How much Potassium are you taking daily in Millequivalents (1 standard Potassium Gluconate tab = 2.5 mEQ)? And staying well hydrated? I'd blame insufficient potassium and if you haven't picked up Taurine you definitely should.

Does it feel like a cramp or seizing up? Or just more like soreness?

Otherwise it's possible it's a strain. Back off on working it, and if you don't have any contraindications to NSAIDS, one tablet of Aleve or generic Naproxen in AM and at Bedtime works wonders to reduce inflammation while it heals.
