I have been taking a really small dose of t3 the last couple days (8.3mcg/daily) as I wanted to try some for my offseason. Before that, I took 2 months off after being on for the whole duration of my 16week contest prep. I was thinkin of bumping the dose up to 16.7mcg/daily for my offseason and running it till the end of my cycle.

What do you guys think is a safe amount of time to run it without shutting down my endogenous t3 production?
 
25mcg is going to replace what your body produces natrually. Taking a smaller dose than that will prob put u at risk to stop producing your own( i.e exogenous source).
37.5-50mcg should be more than enough, but its should be taken with AAS.

Thx for the info bro. I gotta admit I am a little nervous about this but my goal is to stay a lot leaner this offseason. Based of your info I was thinkin about bumping the dose to 25mcg daily for my 20 week long aas/gh cycle....what do you think?
 
ive done it at about 6mcg for a month ramped up to 12 for a month down to 6 for a month and then about 3 for two weeks i got nice and lean and havent put any fat back on. the gh is def helping also but the t3 did well. i also had blood work down and all tbyroid values within normal range for myself before ever using t3. i had base levels. i am not saying 6 or 12 will burn as much fat as 25 but low dose does work well with minimal thyroid impact
