I have been taking a really small dose of t3 the last couple days (8.3mcg/daily) as I wanted to try some for my offseason. Before that, I took 2 months off after being on for the whole duration of my 16week contest prep. I was thinkin of bumping the dose up to 16.7mcg/daily for my offseason and running it till the end of my cycle.
What do you guys think is a safe amount of time to run it without shutting down my endogenous t3 production?
