T3 for weight loss

12.5 mcg isn't going to jack.

sure it is , unless you have shit t3 or your diet isn't on point. I follow a different agenda thought. Size, symmetry and then condition. So Ill take the long route instead of over dieting . t3 is a last option for me any case the hunger it brings isn't worth it for me.

Fuck a theory, there proven wrong by real work experiences all the time. This is simply my experience. Course stubborn fat or guys that haven't been contest condition may have to take things more drastic but if you haven't noticed those guys are usually in the beginners forum.
 
Well, let's see

For most 12.5 mcg/day is a conservative “supplement” sort of dosing that seems to have NO detectable adverse effect on thyroid function at all. 25 mcg/day is a “supplement” sort of dosing that does have some inhibitory effect. 50 mcg/day is a reasonably conservative bb’ing sort of dose that, of course, is more inhibitory. I have noticed that 75-100 mcg tends to be very catabolic.
 
I think we should just delete all the useful posts and forums on bbing and just go read more books and studies. I bet we will all be huge and ripped then.

Remember a lot of aas lower thyroid. But then again why am I continuing w/ this. That's what I like to do right or wrong and listed why I do it that way.

Basically be on AAS. Keep T3 around 50-75. Cycle clen on and off for 2 weeks at a time.
