The wife has done 3 cycles over the past 2 years that look like this
Week1-12 var 10mg/day
Week1-12 hgh 2iu/day (5 on 2 off)
Week4-6 clen (20,40,40,40,60,60,60,80,80,80,100,100,100,80,80,80,60,60,40,40,20,)
Week9-12 clen
(20,40,40,40,60,60,60,80,80,80,100,100,100,80,80,80,60,60,40,40,20)

She is a fitness instructor and eats super clean. But at 40 and after having two kids has a few stubborn lbs left.

My question is in regards to cytomel.. I was thinking just 25 mcg/day weeks 8-12. What are positives and negatives of adding this? Is the a good length and dose. Thoughts would be appreciated.

She heard from a friend it will help with those last few lbs. she will not do injects and has tried winny in past and hates it. Hgh var and clen are her fav. No sides and bloodwork is always good. Just need some views on adding the t3. Experiance. Expectations. Dosing. Etc appreciated.
 
Any man suggesting diet drugs to his wife is making a poor move.

That's one of the stupidest things I've ever read. Women have every right to use PED's as men, and they react much better to much lower doses. If you do some searching on this forum, you'll find a method on checking baseline body temp every morning depending on your t3 dosage. In short, add t3, wait till your body temp stops increasing then add more. Body temp normalizing or dropping signals thyroid suppression meaning you need to add more to get past baseline or stop for a few days to prevent suppression.

your thyroid will not f**k up... it may get suppressed,but rebounds in 2-8weeks in full.

The idea is not to get to that point.

1. take your morning temp (in ear thermometer) before leaving bed 5 mornings in a row..
2. start your t3 use, 100mcg/day
3. keep measuring your temp.
4. after 5 days if your temp is not 0.3-0.6 higher, take another 25mcg, if not higher in another 5 days, take another 25mcg. Most shouldn't need more than 150mcg total.
5. keep measuring your temp.
6. when your temp drops 0.6deg 3xmornings in a row- is the temp lower than when you started? if not you have jsut started to down regulate your own production, stop and you will have no rebound; if its lower than when you started, you will have a little rebound, unless you keep your diet tight- keep measuring, and when your temp goes back to your baseline, your thyroid has recovered full function.

I tend to run 2days on 2days of, and have not had a temp drop in over 6months... if you run daily, you will lose fat faster, but may get a temp drop and some rebound. your choice.

You don't have to go into a rebound state nor do you have to go to 100mcg's. It's all about how fast you want results.
 
As being a female your wife may want to ask her physician to pull a complete Iron panel. Due to her menstrual cycle and increased cardio can set the stage for iron anemia, and suboptimal levels of Ferritin. Therefore reducing the metabolism of T4 to T3 via the deactivation of 5'-deiodinase in the liver. Hepcidin which is a master hormone in the liver that regulates how iron is signaled directly to the cells of our digestive tract, either allowing them to let iron in or not, in essence if one's hepcidin is high possibly caused by a deficiency in iron, the transportation of iron to the vital cells throughout the body will be secondary too the uptake in the gastrointestinal tract, thus a slow metabolic rate from either true hypothyriodism or sub clinical hypothyriodism. Iron is essential for several metabolic, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular functions in the body.

This would apply also to males that have had several phlebotomies back to back.

If your wife is by chance anemic, I would not put her on high doses of thyroid hormones. The possibility of a thyroid storm is likely, as the hormones may pool in the blood causing a large surge of liothyronine to be released very quickly.
