Never used T3 before and wanted to get some feed back in regards to using it for contest prep. Normally I use clen.

Best option add t3 in at a physiological dose 25 mcg towards the end when your natural thyroid starts too shutdown and you platuea

Also there is some rebound effect worst mistake guys make is stop taking it day of the show and during that first week there thyroid is shutdown they spend 3 days binge eating . If your gonna go eat good after the show don't stop taking it for a week after and watch your diet close for a couple weeks

T3 is great. Rebound effects are no worse than when you stop working out or dieting. 25mgs is pretty low, start there and work up.
