Thanks for the clarification. I was thinking about it in terms of cutting, where it seems a minimum of 50mcg is called for. But if it is just to supplement on gh, what you say makes sense. that's a good insight.

this is what i'm comfused about... some people say not to run thyroid meds for too long, but what if you want to run 10iu of growth for a long time?? that high dose is going to reduce your natural output isnt it? so you would think stay on the t3/t4 for the long run, but are you hurting chances of your thyroid recovering???
