TSH can be very high but actual t3 will usually be normal. That’s just the pituitary gland working harder and producing more TSH to try and keep thyroid normal.
One indicator of if your thyroid is way too high is body temp. Take it multiple times a day for multiple days. You’ll be running hot if it’s notably High. Low if you’re hypothyroid. Never tried the pulse thing.
Let me know what your t3 levels are on t4 and hgh... more t4 converts to t3 on it. So people say 100 mcg t4 means 25mcg t3 normally but it may be significantly higher for hgh users using synthetic t4
