T3 with Test

Sounds to me like the basics and your dedication resulted in change vs the drug. From what I've seen most just use it as the bloat pill, aka physical discomfort (punishment) for abusing food. But either way props on your progress...proper eating and physical activity are always a winning combo!
I'm obviously not adverse to enhancement or assistance but this is where I come out on use of glps for myself.

I can manipulate calories/macros on my own. I will use DLP as it vastly increases effectiveness (calorie burn) in a given time frame but Glps, I just can never rationalize bothering with them and I've thought about it a good amount.
 
Yeah man. My wife and sons is her family decided to try tirzepatide because of my progress and in two years she only lost maybe 15-20 lbs and I told her it's because she never did anything but inject the compound. Her family didn't see too much on progress either. I have a set account of calories per day, log every single thing I eat, mostly eat only protein, do cardio at least 4x a week lift weights 3-4x per week. You gotta do all those things too. The injection helps to keep the hunger pangs away and even seems to make food not quite as pleasurable but if that's all you do to lose weight you may lose it but you'll be flabby or skinny fat. You don't just want to lose weight. You want to lose fat and keep or at least try and gain muscle too. It's a definitely a lifestyle shift. I had to figure out how to view food simply as something I need to survive and build muscle and not as a daily event of something new and tasty to overindulge on. She hasn't figured that out for herself yet.
Could also try carnivore. I've always kept lean but had a poor relationship with food, love large meals..now like you ...food is fuel. My steak and eggs with occasional salmon. Seen some amazing transformation on it too. Maybe something for family to look into

This is how I view them too...they are not a thermogenic. Back when I started reading forums it was expected people had their diet and training on point before using aas. Why I'm shocked to see whole bodybuilding diet forums turning into GLP’s message boards.

In our specific subpopulation I consider these drugs more like insulin sensitizers/ anti-fattening agents on a bulk as long as the dose is low enough not to mess with your appetite and gastric motility.

That actually makes some sense. I've seen the insulin impacts and studies separating that impact from diet/bodyweight/exercise so drug itself (you might have actually been the one who posted them as I recall asking the question to someone). My days of long bulks are done and I'm keeping my weight fairly constrained these days. I used metformin for a while to optimize insulin sensitivity but don't take it much anymore as it was really more in use around my use of HGH.
 
What was your reason for using GLP’s? I'm operating under the assumption we all track our calories and stick to what we are suppose to be eating (disciplined). In that case metformin or berberine can be utilized to enhance insurance sensitivity on high carb diets or when using gh.

Weak character and no discipline is reason diets fail
 
Some of the guys stating they don't need GLP's; great excellent for you. They have their time and place for some people. Also, if you haven't tried them then don't knock them. They have a host of benefits past dieting effects. Anti inflammatory, cognitive changes etc. Some people get far too caught up on the fact that they are already lean so they don't need them.

Also in regards to T3 and muscle loss. If you were someone who was 120lbs eating 4000 calories a day at one point then it's highly unlikely you need t3 to lose weight. For people that were "huskier" then it works like a charm.

Everyone's different. Do what works for you. The judges don't analyze your cycle before deciding the winner.
