Well only way to know is to get blood work but you can spread your doses out more evenly through out the day.
If cortisol is on the lower end you can try to boost it...
Cold showers in the morning,
BIG High fat/high protein/0 carb break fasts
Get direct sunlight in the mornings right outta bed
Eat saturated fats, animal fats and EVCO
Consistent sleep/wake times
And if you're taking T3, wake up and take a dose (start small) ~3-4 hours before getting up for the day
