Tachicardia + Shortness of Breath: persistent after long cycle

I have no advice, but man if my body ever did that to me I would be terrified and re-evaluate everything I was doing. Stay safe and healthy man, I feel for you guys who get health issues doing the same thing your peers do, it sucks.

I have a similar thing.. Resting hr is always between 90-100.. And have bouts of labored breathing..
Blood panel is fine, hdl a bit low but ok.. Ekg was fine, oxygen levels fine.. No clue as to the cause.

Any update on this. You are getting a lot of good advice here. Perhaps its time to take a break for a while.

One thing that is frustrating is how some doctors just order an EKG and expect it that if it comes back normal everything is ok with the heart. I once had a normal EKG and then the doc ordered an echo and my ejection fraction came back at about 30% which is half what it should be. EKGs really are just one of the tools to diagnose heart problems.

Yeah just hoping all is well.. Thought HR was high from anxiety, took some med and it came down 15bpm.
