Be very careful with this approach. Frequent use of any of the PDE5's and you will begin developing a tolerance and they will stop working. I abused these medications for like a year when I was trying to get my libido back in line and they almost didn't work anymore. I took a few months off them and they work again. Does anyone else get crazy headaches from the stuff? I love how it makes me feel but I get a gnarly headache

The headaches were absolutely terrible for me. I had to get off of it. I was wondering how many of us had that same problem. Makes me feel good to know I am not the only one. I tried Viagra and it did the same thing to me.

I have in search of something that doesn't give me the sides of the other ones. It's supposed to be a 2nd generation class of these drugs.

This one gave me sides as well....but not quite as bad. Pretty quick onset, last for about 6-8 hours, and you can take it with or without food.

I used it last weekend instead of my usual Preworkout to judge the pumps. To my surprise...it worked pretty well.

Also I think my body is starting to get accustomed to it. First few times....I would be stuffed up for days. Now...just some nasal congestion for the day I take it. When it gets bad...I use Nasocort and it clears up by that evening.

But I'm only using it one time per week.

First time I tried 5mg it gave me an aweful headache and I thought about never using it again. I went to 2.5 mg for about two weeks then tried 5mg and had no issues. Maybe a week later tried 10mg and had the same massive headache. I have zero issues at all anymore. Have you guys every tried a super low dose and slowly added more over time?

In an experimental animal model of high fat diet (HFD)-induced MetS, in vivo, long- and short-term tadalafil treatments were able to reduce visceral adipose tissue (VAT) accumulation and hypertriglyceridemia, and to induce the expression in VAT of the brown fat-specific marker, uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1). VAT preadipocytes (PAD), isolated from the tadalafil-treated HFD rabbits, showed: i) a multilocular morphology; ii) an increased expression of brown fat-specific genes (such as UCP1 and CIDEA); iii) improved mitochondrial structure and dynamic and reduced superoxide production; iv) improved insulin sensitivity. Similar effects were obtained after in vitro tadalafil treatment in HFD rPAD. In conclusion, tadalafil counteracted HFD-associated VAT alterations, by restoring insulin-sensitivity and prompting preadipocytes differentiation towards a metabolically healthy phenotype.
