I want to train everything once a week, but my arms I like to train
them twice a week.

Day 1: Chest tric

Day 2: Back/bic

Day 3: Legs

Day 4: Shoulders:

Day 5 : Arms

Day 6: cardio

Day7 repeat chest tric

My question:

Is it wise to train arms and 2 day's after I hit my triceps again with chest?

Need some help

Well you are doing tris on Monday, then using them again on shoulder day, then training them directly again on the weekend. So kinda 3x a week then you repeat the whole cycle with just one day of rest. It seems to me they wouldn't have time to recuperate and grow. I know my pressing would suffer if I did that much volume for tris but every body is different. Give it a try and let us know how it goes

You have no rest day?

What do you mean with somekind of arms? A few sets biceps/triceps?

I like your split split, it works. But if your really wanting to focus on arms, consider them by themselves and putting chest and back together. I've done both and prefer chest/ back and then arms seperate.

how the fuck do you not have a real rest day... imo you dont train with adequate intensity or volume if you dont have to rest at least 2 days a week. rest meaning nothing but light cardio whatsoever...

You are right.
When I train with high intensity and heavy weights... I'm sore for 4-5 days....
I read george farah advice for training bodyparts just once a week.

Maybe I better do this:

Day 1: Chest

Day 2: Back

Day 3: Legs

Day 4: rest

Day 5: Shoulders

Day 6 Arms

Day 7 rest

Or...... Should I take 2 grams of test with 1 gram of tren to recover better and make the first program work  :p:D

I rest when i feel tired...the day is not set...i just listen to my body...if i feel good, why waste the day?

When i say some kind of arms i mean...on chest day...obviously hitting tris...same on back...on legs day i hit them enough to circulate the blood and get a light pump...but every single day i do at least a little arms

Is that a little more clear

How the fuck did you come up with jizzmo for a name?

I do 1 work set on compound movements but i do 10-15 different angles/movements....
Like on back i do seated row seated hammer row , wide weighted pulls narrow weighted pulls, saws, t bar rows etc...

that's too long, either you overdid the training, and/or your nutrition, gear, and sleep sucks

How the fuck did you come up with bull_nuts for... ah forget about it.

imo you can recover your muscles fine within 2-3 days, but not your CNS.
if i was training hard and heavy more than 5 times a week i'd need a deload or a break every 3 weeks lol

Amount of rest needed is HIGHLY specific to the person and their individual cns. Meadows has a lot of his athletes train 7 days per week with adequate intensity. He also trains this way himself. I'd say his camp is seeing results despite no "rest" days 😉

chest
back,calves
off
shoulders traps
arms
legs
off
i like my off days after back and legs (deadlifts and squats)
