So I run gear from spring through the summer and the rest of the time I’m on a replacement dose. Usually for two months out of the year I take everything off, normally mid December to mid February. When I say everything I mean everything, I don’t even take a multivitamin. I always figured it was good to give my body a rest, do some bloods before and after and just you know let things get sorted out.
Well I had the thought that maybe it’s not such a good idea for me to come off the test, maybe it’s not a good thing to let my levels fluctuate and crash like that. Is there any logic in that or am I just coming up with an excuse not to come off?
Anyone do anything similar? Any thoughts on it one way or the other?
