I have always be curious to know the answer to this question. So what better way to make a fool of myself then here on the Beginners Forum. We all know that an empty stomach is considered..."first thing in the morning"
But, if chicken takes the longest to digest in you stomach, 4 hrs I think, and diet says to eat every 3-4, this is to keep your metabolism going so it don't slow down. Would it be safe to say that if you do not eat for 4 hours, you now have an empty stomach?
Question is based on most to all thermo/fat burners label "take on empty stomach". But wouldn't it be better to take as a pre-workout when your body will be pushing the heart rate up opposed to first thing in the morning when your first 3 hours are getting the kids ready for school and you ready for work? And then your hungry??
Any takers?
