Takeing too many liver supps ?

How many do u bros feel is enough ? We take synthergine tudca nac milk thistle ala and so on. Is there a point where your stressing that organ simple by over loading it with to many supps ? pro

There is no point using so many liver supplements. Synthergine is number one and can be used all year round or when blasting or using oral aas. TUDCA is great too but I would be cycling it. LIV-52 is a great all year liver supplement but is not strong enough when running big cycles or oral AAS. I like milk thistle but the others are far better imo. NAC is good too as are a few others.

Therefore I would just use LIV-52 all year and when blasting or using oral aas use synthergine. No need to use 4-5 different liver supplements. Plus drink lots of water... lemon water is great.

Tudca and/or Synthergine for heavy orals.

Liv 52 and milk thistle is so cheap..why not take them. I believe Milk this is great for Colon or something like that as well.

ALA has so many other great benefits so i think its a big plus to be taking.

Start with Synthergine and then see where your blood work is at. You could then add one of the others and then see where your blood work is at. I don't think throwing them in altogether is the way to go.
