Taking a year off to improve

Flex2019 took all of 2013 off to work on adding size and become a better heavyweight.

wut i think is awesome about ur progress is along wit the obv size gains ur symetry and shape is better as well. Notice it in the legs and back obv but also the shoulder to arm "seperation" is more obvious. Great work brotha

I hadn't really thought about it so I just looked back at my records. This is pretty weird. I was actually three pounds HEAVIER in the pic on the left from 2012, but I was also at a point where I was eating many times more carbs than I am right now.
