taking gh/slin to work/gym

How do you guys take your GH/Slin to work and the gym? In my case I workout near my job so I have to take my gh and slin shots with me to work because its too far to run home and get them before i hit the gym (to shoot postworkout).

They will be in my gymbag for about 10 hours and I want to keep them cold. I figure if i dont keep them cold they will go bad. I have tried an ice pack in a tupperware container but it always melts so i figure the GH probably goes bad. One time i packed 2 ice packs in there and it actually froze and i couldnt shoot it.

Has anyonelse in this situation found a method that works well? Maybe actually buy a cooler for it to sit in all day and put a thermometer in there?

as long as its away from light and excessive heat. ur fine with nothing. Slin can be at room temp for a long time, just cant be in freezer or heat above 92.

If I was going to do something like you propose. I would put together a kit like the one in the picture. The bag is made of that freezable gel. Put the whole thing in the freezer (not the red bag with fragile material, that goes in fridge). I would put a themometer in the red bag so you can monitor it. Theoretically this work perfectly!
Don't leave it in the car if it's hot and sunny out or below freezing.

You can regulate the temp inside the bag with the zipper. If it's too cold open the zipper and leave top down. If toward the end of the day put the red bag under blue pack and close zipper.

I just rubber band the pin to the hard ice packs and put it in a insulated lunch bag. Stays cold just fine.

They have little storage packs for diabetics to store insulin and pins. You can preload pins and store them in it. Go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist which kind keeps diabetic supplies the coolest. Also get a cooler to put it in with ice packs.

The insulin shouldnt be a problem. On my novorapid package it says keep stored between 2 and 8 degrees celcius and when opened store at room temperature.

Yes, Humulin-R for example says it can stay unrefridgerated for up to 30 days
