Taking thyroid meds (T3 or T4) with supplements

Greetings,

I've always used T3 or T4 on empty stomach in the morning, lately I've been told that I shouldn't consume any bcaas, glutamine, carnitine, etc. hours apart from T4 to enhance absorption. I always take it before empty stomach cardio and take bcaas and others supplements along with it.

Do you find is totally necessary to wait hours until taking supplements with it? In my personal experience you can take T3 with meals, it works in a different manner than T4, however if you are taking T4 first thing in the morning with only a few grams of amino acids, fat burner, GDAs... it would blunt absorption that much?
 
It doesnt make much of a difference if at all dude, its an exo hormone
 
Many people I know are taking levothyroxine on a daily basis (here in western Europe we've had a dramatic increase in thyroid related illnesses after Chernobyl nuclear accident in Ukraine in 1986), and most don't bother... they mix it with breakfast... doesn't seem to impact them negatively. :)

So you should be alright with a few bcaa's or glutamine... For peace of mind, just take your T4 10 or 15 mins before. ;)
 
I read that Calcium will blunt absorption.
I currently take it a.m w-coffee, 80 mg aspirin and l-carnitene.
