I've always used T3 or T4 on empty stomach in the morning, lately I've been told that I shouldn't consume any bcaas, glutamine, carnitine, etc. hours apart from T4 to enhance absorption. I always take it before empty stomach cardio and take bcaas and others supplements along with it.
Do you find is totally necessary to wait hours until taking supplements with it? In my personal experience you can take T3 with meals, it works in a different manner than T4, however if you are taking T4 first thing in the morning with only a few grams of amino acids, fat burner, GDAs... it would blunt absorption that much?
