Taking Weight Off The Ball and Chain (Wife)

She's busting my balls about getting some weight off her. Yea, she goes to the gym 3 times a week and hits the treadmill/crosstrainer cardio equip like there's no tomorrow. She says that my next "order" had better have something in there for her. What should I put her on?
T3
Clen/ ECA stack

I told her I was little worried about the ECA or Clen because I don't want her getting rough to be around (she's actually very easy going). She says she doesn't mind getting a little edgy because she works mids and it might keep her up. I figured the T3 would take it off over time and be a little easier on her. Also dosage suggestions. She's about 5'8" 170 thick athletic build, great ass:) .
 
Should be able to achieve what she wants with a solid diet and proper routine, not drugs IMO.

She eats like shit......I finally got her away from regular soda a few months ago. My diet is clean (Palumbo diet) but she is NOT that good at eating clean. I'll try the ECA stack on her for a while. I'm just not sure about T3 dosing for women and now I see there's a T3/T4 mix out there.:confused:
 
Besides, it's hard to tell her a clean diet and working out will help her achieve all her goals while I'm opening up a package of Deca, EQ, TES, IGF, GH etc. etc. Gotta throw her some kinda bone:) besides the one she usually gets:eek:

Then there is your answer. If she isnt good at controling her diet all the T3 and ECA stacks wont do anything for her. Diet is EVERYTHING!

Good luck......women are hard to push to do anything! haha

the 1st thing would to be clean up diet and adhere to regular cardio and weight training.
 
Hey man you mentioned she hits the cardio like there's no tommorrow, well If she hits the weights with equal Zest she will lose the weight. She has to understand that cardio alone will not give her what she wants. The lean mass needs to be stimulated and weights is the only way. She will not start growing muscle just because she hits the iron either, put Lynx or Ms. Strunk onto her, She needs to hit the iron, not the drugs. I hear ya on the opening up the goodies, but it is much different trying to enhance a physique as opposed to clean one up.......Good luck! Dropping the sodas is a good start.

Ditto. If the diet aint in check, the drugs wont do shit to help her lose weight. Give her some appetite suppressants or something so she doesnt keep eating, or take her junk food money away. :D

There's your answer right there. My wife was the same way. I finally got her to clean up the diet, cut back on the cardio but not eliminate it and do more weight training. That's it, no drugs and went from 155lbs to 115. :) :)

This is going to sound like a broken record but once again. She has to have enough control to eat right or the clen and especially T3 are not going to help. If fact if she is not careful with the T3 and maintaining the right kind of diet it could really mess her thyroid up and then she will never loose the weight. As many have said before tell her to lay off the cardio and hit the weights with the same kind of intensity. I understand how you feel about opening the "goods" then telling her no. But I think it would be different if she were eating right and training right. Check out my training thread if she has questions.

Yep...diet and intense training is key. Get rid of the bad things in the home so she's not tempted to eat them. It helps when your spouse doesn't make enchiladas, cookies, and red beans and rice...right Lynx???LOL I'll send you a quick PM.

Munsterpd, she's got to want to do it herself. Maybe one of these days she'll get serious and make the commitment. Just try to stay away from "forcing" her to do it.

I follow the Palumbo mass diet which is bland but seems to work. High protein, moderate fats, moderate carbs. I'm cycling in 2 weeks for 20 weeks. I hope to be closer to 250 at 12% but we'll see:rolleyes:
