I cut off the sleeves of old t shirts. I start a little bit inside the seam maybe 1/2 an inch and kinda cut into the shoulder so I can see my shoulders too. Its a pretty modest tank top. I don't like the stringy kind I just like to be able to see my arms and shoulders.
