I just wanted to congratulate a friend of mine. Donnie (the tank) atkins benched 555 this past saturday at the gym. this guy is only 16, his big brother Tony, better get going so Donnie doesn't catch him. LOL

yeah, tank is very impressive. he has a meet coming up , and he is looking to set 3 new records in his age and weight class. He is hoping to break records for the squat, bench and total. Also his deadlift is coming along very nice, no records for the deadlift YET.... to be continued...
