I am sure there are hundreds of recipes out there for protein shakes but here is my 2 cents worth.
1 cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
2 scoops vanilla whey
1 cup frozen strawberries
blend well, turns into a thick smoothie
