I've searched and found a lot of posts on this topic, but not answering the questions that I have. I use 10g of taurine with my afternoon dose of Var about an hr before workout (4-4:30ish PM). The low back pump is still insane with the high dose of taurine. What is your experience with regards to taurine - do you use more than 10g or spread it out through the day? Do I need to supplement with something else as well?
I'm currently at 75mg of Var per day in 3 doses: morning, afternoon, night. The low back pump makes me want to nearly give up all together. Also taking Test E and EQ currently.
