TB-500

I'm hoping it helps to heal it quickly, as I don't want to miss too many leg workouts. Hoping to miss only 2

I think you'll be able to train legs pretty soon. Just be careful and work around the exercises that don't feel right.
 
Had better success with tb Than with bpc,,
I believe, have to get past the 20mg loading faze before really starts kicking in.
Had terrible tennis elbow for long as can remember and some carp tunnel , n after running 30mg of tb within 2 months, completely gone, never came back. Did also another month maintance of bout 5mg a month for 2 more months,, it was crazy, Caz elbow was jacked for the past 15 yrs or so..it's been good 4-5yrs now since runnin it.
Did a run with the bpc last year for a month and didn't really do much , tryin to fix a twisted knee n bad sprained toe due to work injury. Maybe didn't do enough or doesn't work for particular healing.

When you loaded with TB-500 did you do once a week injects or every 3 days?

It's been awhile now, but if remember correctly, I would do one pin once a week of 5mg . Split it half subq and half as close to local site (shoulder). Then every other week would pin full sub q . I think all in all I did 35mg of tb within 6-7wks.. then did a maintenance dose for a month or 2 after. I was really amazed it worked the way it did., gonna try it again for my toe n knee soon. Hopefully works as good.

Def try it out, n lmk how it goes. It really worked wonders for me.

I'm find BPC157 is good to use in areas that are real sore or achy from training just to speed up recovery. My delts and elbows or forearms tend to ache because I train arms and delts several times a week. Whenever I put 250mcg into an area that's needs a little extra help with healing, it always feels better the next day.
