Anyone ever used TB500 or BPC-157 for disk injury causing sciatica pain. It starts to feel a little better and then will flare up again and has really hindered my training. Just curious if anyone has given this a shot?

I don't think that it will. It's great for assisting in repairing muscle and ligament damage, but for a slipped or herniated disc, I don't think you will have great results.

Yeah I had a feeling, just really don't want any kind of surgery and am trying to think of any possibility that could help! Thanks for the input!

I used it along with a couple other peptides. And it didn't do anything for my bulged or herniated discs.

i have L4 L5 degenerative and spinabifida. it did not help me in any of those areas but did seem to systemically heal old tendons/ligaments/help some tears in vicinity and promimity of tendons and ligaments and connective tissue. for the price you owe it to yourself regardless. cissus helps

I ran some TB-500, BPC-157 along side some low dose GH after having a surgically placed screw in my foot proper healing. It healed over a month sooner after having the same surgery on the other foot 2 years prior. My ortho doc was impressed on how quickly I was back on my foot.

Lookup mckenzie exercises for low back

I second the McKenzie exercise recommendation. Also, find a good Active Release Technique specialist, deep tissue, inversion table, focused hamstring stretches/rolling over barbell, roll hips, glutes, low back with a DeBeer girls softball, and give it time. Also take, fish oil, curcumin, and ligaplex ii just in case they work. Ha.

I had seen those exercises and have started doing them frequently. I will say it does seem to relieve the pain and sciatica so I will continue that protocol for sure! Thanks for the input
