Yep try to make it happens with Kyle, Dom and Justin Mihaly but its aint easy brotherHow its going mate, any podcast plans in near future.
Whats your plan currently regarding bodybuiling, you maintianing right now?
Good one. Patryk had an incredible progress. Is hard to believe he started to lift weights two and half years ago and he is 115kg on stage at 1.72 - it makes me to understand my genetics suck.New English one with Patryk Galimski (polish- German bodybuilder).. Have couple more already recorded one with Fabian and one with Fakhri so keep an eye on the channel, 2026 gonna be loaded up (at least thats the plan).
It’s not “bad genetics.” He doesn’t have some magical genetics either. He has the same kind of genetics most of us have. The difference is that from day one - as he said himself in the podcast - he worked with a professional coach who told him exactly what to do. How to train, how to eat, how to sleep, how to structure everything. That kind of guidance speeds up progress massively.Good one. Patryk had an incredible progress. Indeed, proper guidance speeds up the process a lot. Still, with proper guidance in the last 3 years I did not make such progress and I am sure the average Joe doesn'tIt’s not “bad genetics.” He doesn’t have some magical genetics either. If I had someone that consistent, someone who wanted to work properly from the very beginning, I’m sure they could make in 2–3 years the kind of progress that normally takes 10–12 years when you’re learning everything alone, making mistakes, and doing dumb things like I did in the beginning.
Question - do you have coach in this last 3 years or you do everything yourself because that’s maybe a reasonIndeed, proper guidance speeds up the process a lot. Still, with proper guidance in the last 3 years I did not make such progress and I am sure the average Joe doesn't
I do have a coach. As I said, I had de proper guidance during last 3 years and believe had a good progress being aware of my genetics. Now, don't tell me its normal to put 30kgs of muscle in less than 3 years.Question - do you have coach in this last 3 years or you do everything yourself because that’s maybe a reason

Sure, I got your point and agree with you. Just wanted to highlight is not "standard". Also, being 172cm he needs to be much more strategic on putting weight from now on (in my opinion ofc).Of course, not everyone will make that kind of progress. I also had athletes like Dawid Cnota or Mike Cieśla who made huge jumps 15-20 kg of stage-ready muscle in one or two years. That’s crazy progress, and not everyone will repeat that.
But everyone can get great results. And if someone does everything right from the very beginning, those results come much faster.
That’s all I meant. I think it’s obvious and I’m sure you understand what I’m saying.
