Telmisartan to prevent BP and Bloat from GH

I am definitely not bloated on 5 iu generics (yellow tops now). My bp is perfect, no cough and no dizziness. Overall I feel a ton better on telmisartan. I don't know if it is keeping the bloat off I have been doing a slow cut so that could be it.

I have been using ARBs for blood pressure and reversal of LVH for about 5 years now. Seems I got more anti-hypertensive effect from Olmesartan/Benicar over the rest. Micardis/temlisartan seemed to help with a general "leaner" look to the physique. Wondering on the direct studies between these two on the points listed in this older post...

What ARBs have you used and are you currently using and which are your favorite, other than telmisartan?

Been preaching for a while on here that Telmisartan is the superior blood pressure med for overall peripheral health benefits. People always cite to lisinopril, but this is a better option imo.

Yeah I'm currently running it at 80 mg. Already noticed increased endurance and seem to be running hotter and sweating more, and only 3 days in

there was another thread where someone said clonidine also prevented gh bloat

also any mild diuretic taking at nights will do the same,
