Ok so I think this is a issue we should all consider looking at... As it is a personal issue for me... I am a heavy weight/power lifter (500bench/600dead/500squat)as I also compete in wrestling/mma... I have had 3 ligament and tendon surgeries and am now 3 days away from a 4th....both acl's... Left bicep... And finger.... Obviously I have some weak ligament issues(I believe due to long use of winstrol)
My question is... What is it (besides genetics) that strengthens/repairs tendons and ligaments.... I'm talking about chemicals/peptides/aas/vitamins/minerals.... I need to get my ligaments and tendons much much stronger if I am to continue my lifestyle... Any and all help would be appreciated...
Currently taking 4iuhgh/day and 75 mcg igflr3 locally at site of injury a day.
