Tendon and ligament strength

Ok so I think this is a issue we should all consider looking at... As it is a personal issue for me... I am a heavy weight/power lifter (500bench/600dead/500squat)as I also compete in wrestling/mma... I have had 3 ligament and tendon surgeries and am now 3 days away from a 4th....both acl's... Left bicep... And finger.... Obviously I have some weak ligament issues(I believe due to long use of winstrol)

My question is... What is it (besides genetics) that strengthens/repairs tendons and ligaments.... I'm talking about chemicals/peptides/aas/vitamins/minerals.... I need to get my ligaments and tendons much much stronger if I am to continue my lifestyle... Any and all help would be appreciated...

Currently taking 4iuhgh/day and 75 mcg igflr3 locally at site of injury a day.

stay the hell away from Winny and take gh and (low dose) test and Deca while using Glucosamine/Chondriotin and Super Cissus long term, also take a GOOD multivite/mineral and include gelatin powder in my shakes, I would also google tendon/ligament strengthening and see what you come up with there.
 
Dont take Deca if you are drug tested, in your system for a year and a half.

Also dont take winny, it causes tendons and ligaments to have uneven strength and often causes injuries.
 
Contrary to popular belief Deca does not help strengthen tendons. Infact it makes it worse, prolly just like all other AAS.

This was a 15 day study. Not very long really. I've read similar studies contradicting the findings...

This study doen't really support your statement because the compounds used weren't even named...

Var has been reliably shown to increase collagen synth...

To the OP: From what I've read, tendons are made from glycine, proline and vit C...
 
I have similiar issues. CJC, GHRP and IGF along with MGF in addition to lower dose AAS have helped tremendously. I also purchased an ultrasound machine and that helps tremendously problem tendons and little twinges.

Wouldn't it be nice if there were a quick fix for all our tendon issues? IGF and GH are the only supplements that I think would actually work, although I've used Hyaluronic Acid and collagen powder in the past and seemed to have some success.
