Tendonitis and elbow pain

Its not tennis elbow or golfers elbow but lateral inner bicep pain in both arms. I have taken care of my forearms as I have had ulnar nerve entrapment surgery before and PRP. I think the problem was not working out my biceps and using heavy dumbbells for rows and presses etc. Thinking of running some GH for my ligaments or bpc157 any suggestions?

You might be the first person I know that who does not train their biceps

I'm not sure but HGH could be counterproductive if you already had problems with nerve entrapment. But if you start at a low dose around 2IU it's probably fine. From the anecdotal reports I've seen, BPC157 might help with many kinds of injuries. But before trying all that I would go to an orthopedic surgeon and figure out what condition you have exactly.
