This post is incredibly vague. Tendonitis of? Four vials... How many mg per vial? Over what sort of time frame?
I can only second what luki said. I didn't use quite as much bpc/tb on the first week but otherwise that protocol is pretty close to what I've done. But all the drugs in the world won't help if you don't determine the root cause and address it.
So yeah, I'd do BPC, TB, GH, see a physio and understand that it will take time.
For myself, I've also avoided the exercises that were causing the most pain. At this point I can do those again without issue but if you're rehabbing something idk if it's smart to take one step forward with therapy and three steps back when you train.
For myself it was difficult to not just power through the pain. But finding suitable substitutes for the offending movements made a big difference.
