Im hoping you guys will be able to help me out....I have tried 4 vials of bpc 157 to no avail. Anything else I could try ? Appreciate the help .
 
searching the site for threads on joint issues/joint pain maybe ?
 
I kinda did 😁...but 25 pages and 3 hours later I know now less than before 😁
 
lol and that's where the opinions that bpc or TB don't work come from - people take such ridiculously small amounts and are surprised that something didn't help

first of all, start regular work with a physiotherapist at least once a week because without it nothing will help - let him create a training plan of rehabilitation exercises that you will do every day by yourself + work on fascias together with him at least once a week

to this you can add a solid bpc + tb-500 protocol
7 days 5mg TB-500 + 5mg BPC-157 every day
14 days 1mg TB-500 + 1mg BPC-157 every day
then all the time 1mg TB-500 + 1mg BPC-157 once a week
 
drugs won't do shit unless you change your training.

stopping your training isn't the answer.

continue doing your training what gave you the tendonitis isn't the answer.

I agree with Luki though people use too small doses of BPC and TB and then wonder why it didn't work. 5mg a day is ridiculous though. He's a drug overdoser.

1mg a day is plenty for each.

I would also add GHK-CU and also dropping HGH and picking up something that will really work to sensitize your insulin. A lot of issues can be solved by getting in better metabolic health.
 
I did one mg a day of bpc-157 for 6 straight weeks right into my bad shoulder. It helped, a little. It was kinda worth it, i admit i was expecting more lol.
 
I’ve had mild success with TB500, but only at a vial a day for minimum 10 days. Gets pricy fast.

I had better recovery with stretching and mobility work on the surrounding muscles, while backing off/lowering the exercises of the affected area.
 
I have found no relief I wrap my elbow which helps on certain movements and use ice afterwards besides that I live with the pain daily
 
This post is incredibly vague. Tendonitis of? Four vials... How many mg per vial? Over what sort of time frame?

I can only second what luki said. I didn't use quite as much bpc/tb on the first week but otherwise that protocol is pretty close to what I've done. But all the drugs in the world won't help if you don't determine the root cause and address it.

So yeah, I'd do BPC, TB, GH, see a physio and understand that it will take time.

For myself, I've also avoided the exercises that were causing the most pain. At this point I can do those again without issue but if you're rehabbing something idk if it's smart to take one step forward with therapy and three steps back when you train.

For myself it was difficult to not just power through the pain. But finding suitable substitutes for the offending movements made a big difference.
 
If it's tennis elbow, theraband cured mine. Looks stupid twisting it but works

Yes , it's the elbow ...I used 20 mg of bpc 157 , 1mg per day , on hgh for 2 years ( 5 iu ) . Used a lot of curcumin over the last few months , zero changes . Thank you guys , I truly appreciate it .

And yes it does get pricey.
 
I’m responding very well with one to 2 mg of each peptide per day and I’m also running 2 to 5 units of GH per day
 
find a good A.R.T. practitioner.
